Congratulations to the Kaneland Envirothon team for finishing sixth in an eight county enviromental science competition. Their high placing qualified them to now compete in the state competition. Team members are Elliot Witt, Cameron Carlson, Dan Goress, and Seth Weiss.

Prom committee will have an important meeting tomorrow after school. Please make every effort to be there. If you cannot make it due to a sport, please see Mrs. Code in the library office sometime this week during STEP, lunch or after school because I have information you definitely need.

Hey, how was your weekend? Did you have fun? Or were your bored? Well, this Friday is the talent show and it will be a great way to start off your weekend! It will be starting at 7:00pm. This is the Family and Consumer Science Fund Raiser, so bring your $ 5 and enjoy the show. Your student ID?s will not work. The doors open at 6:00pm. Be there or be square.

Participants for the show, please remember to turn in your permission slips and your MC info sheet to Mrs. Fabrizius. The sound checks are tonight and tomorrow night at 5:30pm. You have to sign up with Mrs. Fabrizius for a time. Come to B 100 if you have any questions.

All golfers and Model U.N. members must have their money in by Friday. If there are any golfers or Model U.N. members who have not yet picked up their tickets, they must do this by the end of today. Just stop by Mr. Meyer's room to pick up the tickets.

There will be no FEA meeting today see Mrs. Miller if you have questions.

Model UN students, just a reminder there will be a MUN meeting after school today in Ms. McHenry's room. We will be discussing next year's officers, the April 21st trip to hear Gorbechev's speech, and our fundraiser. Also, please remember to pick up the pre-sell tickets from either McHenry or Meyer for the baseball concessions fundraiser.

There will be an FFA meeting after school on Wednesday. Lots of things are happening in the next few weeks so all FFA members should plan on being there!

Auditions for the senior directed one acts will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, April 11 after school in the auditorium. Please come prepared to do colde readings. If you have any questions, please see Eric Eichelberger, Liz Howie, Kathryn Lanute, Jake Rosko or Jordan Withey.

Have you been putting off ordering a yearbook? If you have, hurry and order soon before we run out! We have a little under 200 yearbooks left to sell, so make sure to order before it's too late. Seniors: Several Scholarships have a deadline coming up.

Kaneland Knights Athletic Boosters Scholarship due Friday, April 13.

Maple Park Lions Scholarship due Monday, April 15.

Elburn Chamber of Commerce due Monday April 23.

All of these scholarships should be turned in to Ms. Mecic in the student services office by the deadline with requested documents.

Attention Juniors & Seniors ? a representative from Wisconsin Platteville University will be visiting on Thursday, April 12 at 11:30am. Please stop by Student Services to sign up and pick up a pass to visit with them.
