We would like to thank all of the participants who sang, danced or played in musical group at the talent show last Friday night. All of you did a wonderful job. If you missed the show, you missed Eric Eichleberger, Ryhs Childs and Zach Douglas doing a wonderful job of being our MCs of the show! You can go home and see many of the acts on You Tube!! This was just another example of Kaneland?s many talented people.
Thanks to our backstage managers, the curtain control directors and the administrators and teacher volunteers!
We appreciate all of you who came to watch your friends and classmates in the show. We hope that you had a great time! If you enjoyed the show, plan on being in it next year! We will have another show next year so get your acts ready.
It?s a bus. It?s a train. No it?s drive your tractor to school day!!! It is time for the annual drive your tractor to school day at Kaneland High School on Tuesday, April 17th. This is open for all students but you have to register and pick up the rules from Mrs. Widhalm in room A100.
Volunteers are needed for the Fine Arts Festival this Sunday, April 22. Students it's an opportunity for you to earn G.I.V.E hours. Volunteers are needed for two hour time slots. For more information please see Mrs. McPhee in Student Services.
Attention Seniors: Herff Jones will deliver caps & gowns tomorrow, Tuesday, April 17th during lunch periods in the cafeteria. Bring your balance due to pick up your cap & gown. Juniors and Seniors: Are you excited about Prom and anxious to buy your tickets? Do you want to be the first one to pick out your table for dinner? If so, then you?re in luck! We start selling tickets tomorrow during STEP, so if you?re organized and ready to go, come on down to the commons and be the first to score the hottest ticket around!
Prom committee, please remember that we will start our afterschool work today in Mr. Welker?s room (C130). Be sure to wear older clothing and get there as soon as possible after school. See you there!

The AP English book club: we will meet Monday, April 23rd during STEP in the literacy lab to discuss Cormac McCarthy's work, The Road.

Seniors: There is a new art scholarship for students planning to study art. It is due in the student services by Friday, May 4. The Maple Park Scholarship is due today.
All of these scholarships should be turned in to Ms. Mecic in the student services office by the deadline with
requested documents.
