Behavior Matrix for KST

The staff at John Stewart believe that optimal student achievement (academic and behavior) can be attained utilizing a proactive systems approach for creating and maintaining a safe and effective learning environment.

School expectations which are reinforced daily include R³: I am Ready, Respectful, and Responsible. When our school expectations are followed students have an opportunity to be recognized for their efforts by receiving Knight Tickets and participating in school-wide celebrations. Please refer to the matrix below for our complete school behavior expectations. In the next few weeks this matrix may change slightly as we work to align our expectations with those of the three other elementary schools in the district.
